Cade on 1000 Watt 36 Volt upgraded Razor Pocket Mod Bistro Electric Scooter. I had to saw off the end frame of the Razor Bistro scooter and attached another scooter frame. I bought on Ebay the Schwinn Electric Scooter Stealth 1000, search? for ‘1000 scooter’. I ended getting it for around 0 including shipping. Used the computer controller, throttle, battery pack, and rear brakes from the schwinn. Painted the green stock scooter to white and re-did the seats to cream white leather. That’s about it. Oh there’s neon blue lights under the scooter.
